She is bound by blood and steel to Daegnan, an Aegis of the royal guard. He is charged with training her to control the emerging huntress. He should have the skills necessary to teach her, because he has had to master them as a dragon shapeshifter.
Daegnan has been warned - once the huntress fully emerges, Liliana will be incapable of emotion, mercy, and she will kill anyone who gets in her way. Including Daegnan.
